Scentprint is not built to impress you in the first minute. It is built to mean more in the hundredth ritual than it did in the first.
That one sentence decides everything else: why the interface is calm, why nothing flashes for attention, why every object looks made rather than generated, and why your shelf gets richer the longer you keep it. An app you finish in an evening was never the goal.
Global, not Western-only.
Perfume was never one culture's art. In Scentprint, oud sits beside iris and neither is exotic. The archive spans 98,261 fragrances from everywhere, and Arabic is on its way as a first-class language.
Knowledge for everyone.
Top, heart, base — the vocabulary of perfumery belongs to anyone curious enough to ask. Scentprint explains what you are smelling in real terms, without the gatekeeping and without dumbing it down.
The collector's elegance.
For people who love fragrances, the shelf is an autobiography. Scentprint treats collecting as the quiet art it is — seven fragrances kept with the same respect as seven hundred.
Nobody reads over your shoulder.
Your shelf, your notes, your conversations with the Advisor — all of it is yours alone. Two people signing in on the same phone never see a trace of each other. Nothing you write is public, there is no feed, and there is no follower count to perform for.
Money never buys influence.
What Scentprint suggests comes from your collection and nothing else — never from a brand that paid, never from a bestseller list. Even the one keepsake reserved for supporters is deliberately excluded from the taste engine, so a purchase can never bend what you are shown.
When AI speaks, it says so.
Some of what Scentprint tells you is written by AI. You are asked before that ever happens, told plainly which words are machine words, and free to say no and keep the rest of the app. No quiet defaults, no buried switch.
Leaving is as easy as arriving.
Delete your account from inside the app and it goes — collection, notes, conversations, the lot — not "hidden", not "scheduled for review". A door you can walk out of is the only kind worth walking into.

I am a doctor by training and a collector by nature. For every memory fragrance accompanied me through — the journeys, the loved ones, the triumphs, and the quiet moments between — there was a scent keeping it safe.
Scentprint is the app I wanted for those memories: one that treats a collection like a life, not a list. I built it for those who live memories through scent.
